The Teaching and Learning with the Power of Technology (TLt) 2016 conference will be held at the University of Regina on May 2 – 3, 2016.
This year’s theme is “Creating Open and Connected Communities”. As the Province of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina focus in communities on their strategic plan, the conference will connect K-12, regional colleges, and post-secondary institutions on using technology to create open and connected communities. With being “open” in mind, the planning committee intends to keep the conference inclusive. Topics may include but not limited to:
- Digital storytelling
- Digital citizenship
- Flexible learning
- Flipped classrooms
- Learning analytics
- Online & blended learning
- Open educational resources
- Open textbooks
- Technology-enhanced communities
- Technology integration
Proposals that have been accepted will be asked to provide digital resources that will be made available to participants.
